Today, I entered a Carter's baby clothing store and immediately felt disoriented and perplexed by the store's layout. They had intermingled the girls' clothing with the boys' clothing, making it extremely challenging to locate specific items. I approached the sales associate at the counter and inquired about the mixed arrangement. She simply mentioned that the corporate office was experimenting with new changes and it was likely that the design would remain the same. When I asked if their intention was to incorporate transgenderism into their business model and cause confusion regarding gender, she did not provide a response. It is evident that they have embraced a more socially aware perspective, and as a result, I have decided not to purchase their clothing line any longer. It is disheartening to witness their desire to distort and corrupt the minds of children. It is truly distressing.

I used to work at Carters in Williston, Vermont. The establishment was managed by an extremely impolite woman who never respected your availability, insisted on making you work more hours than initially agreed upon during the interview, prohibited having water on the sales floor, doubted your health even after informing her about your medical conditions, gossiped about you, and made it evident that making friends was not encouraged. It was an absolutely dreadful experience.

The website does not accept payment on the day it is submitted. The payment website is not user-friendly, and if the login is unsuccessful, it redirects you to another website. The late fee is quite high if the payment is delayed. When attempting to make a payment on the website on the due date, it does not allow the payment until the following day. Moreover, they impose an additional late fee in the next month. For instance, I tried to submit my late fee on the website, but it did not process it that day, resulting in an extra late fee being charged the following month. In total, I had to pay $69 in late fees for a $131 purchase. The phone support is also unhelpful.

The website lacks user-friendliness and consistently encounters problems with orders, necessitating contact with customer service for resolution. Unfortunately, the majority of the time, they are unable to effectively address the issue.

I purchased $200 worth of baby clothes for my 6-month-old baby, intending for her to have enough outfits for the next 6-8 months. Unfortunately, the package got lost in transit and I never received it. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to a third-party shipper who claims they never received it. Despite this, the company refuses to reimburse or replace the items I purchased. Their only suggestion was for me to file a complaint with my bank. This has been the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had.

I had a number of questions and reached out to customer service for clarification. Unfortunately, the customer support team completely disregarded my inquiries, made numerous errors, displayed a lack of initiative, and ultimately provided no assistance whatsoever.

These are the ugliest clothes I have ever laid eyes on. Each outfit seems to have a different size, even though they are supposed to be the same. I absolutely despise this brand. If someone dares to gift me this brand for my baby again, I will lose it. The texture of all the clothes is just awful. They are either too thin and scratchy or made of a material that should never be touched. I am incredibly furious right now. I will see if my father can return all of these clothes, which cost over $1k. I am so damn angry. I wish the person who created these clothes a terrible demise. It is clear that they have no regard for babies whatsoever. You must be an awful person to think this crap is acceptable. I am sick and tired of this company charging exorbitant prices for poorly made clothes. Even Walmart brand clothes are better.

I made an online purchase and was informed that the clothes would be delivered within 7 business days. However, on 11/21, Carter's sent me a text message stating that the clothes would arrive on 11/22. Confused by the delay, I contacted their customer service on 11/23, only to be informed that the order would now be delivered on 11/29. Disappointingly, the clothes did not arrive on the promised date. Frustrated, I called again on the 30th, and the representative informed me that my order had not been shipped yet. They offered to either refund my money or process the order again, if I wished.

The customer service at Carters is absolutely terrible. I purchased four pieces of winter clothing, all in the same size that my toddler usually wears. Following their suggestion, I washed them all before wearing, only to discover that one of the items is noticeably smaller than the others. Despite my attempts to address this issue, Carters refuses to exchange the item for a larger size due to the lack of tags and the fact that it has been washed. I strongly advise being cautious of their inconsistent sizing before spending your hard-earned money. Their standards are clearly lacking.

My grandson never received the $200 gift card I sent. I called and requested if they could cover the mailing fee for sending it with a trackable number, but unfortunately, they do not offer that service. It's disappointing that they would rather lose a $200 sale and customer than resend the gift card with tracking. I have decided that I will never do business with them again since they clearly do not prioritize customer service.
